At Belle Bijoux, we strive to provide high-quality jewelry and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
